Invite agents by email or let them self-register. You can have manual approval or allow automatic approval. Once approved, roles/permissions apply.

Agents get real-time updates for application status changes, quote summary emails, invoice issued/due, and payment receipts—via email and in-portal alerts.

Yes. Agencies and individual agents receive their own login with role‑based access so they can manage their profile, view and submit applications, upload documents, generate quotes, and track their students’ progress.

Yes. Agents are linked to an Agency record and can be assigned different permission levels (Regular Agent, Agency Admin, Super Admin), giving you a clear hierarchy of who belongs to which agency and who can manage which students.

Yes. From an Agency profile you can see all associated agents, students, bookings, and submissions. This gives you a complete view of that agency’s pipeline and performance.

Open the relevant Agency record and use the “Add Agent” or similar option to create a new agent user, specifying their role (Regular Agent, Agency Admin, or Super Admin). The portal will send them an email invitation linked to that agency.

Yes. Agents can log in to see their students’ applications, offers, and enrollment statuses, along with any outstanding tasks or document requests, without needing to ask your team for updates.

The Recruiters Hub and Agencies Dashboard show application and booking volumes by agent and agency, along with conversion and financial data. You can filter and export these reports to compare productivity across individuals, offices, or regions.

Because all agency‑linked students and submissions are visible in one place, it’s easier to spot unusual patterns—such as multiple applications with the same contact details or agents submitting outside their territory. Duplicate detection and standardization of records further reduce the risk of double counting or fraudulent profiles.
